Hi—and welcome to my new blog!
In these posts, I’ll be explaining not only the keys to healing from my first book, Biblical Secrets to Heal Your Body & Soul (just published last summer), but I will also be teaching the keys to real transformation in upcoming books in my Christian biohacking series that I’m currently researching and writing:
Biblical Secrets of Powerful Prayer and Biblical Secrets of Permanent Weight Loss.
The book & volunteers.
Those are just working titles for now, but that gives you an idea of what’s coming. The research for both books is already done, and I’ve finished writing about half of Powerful Prayer. While I’m completing the prayer secrets book, I’m finishing up trying out the most cutting-edge keys for Weight Loss Secrets.

There is so much information out there on weight loss—and much of it conflicting—that many have just given up. If you’ve seen a picture of me, you might think that I’m one of those lucky people who inherited “skinny genes.”
Not true! Aside from a wasting disease I contracted seventeen years ago where my weight rapidly melted away (and left my flesh looking like deflated balloons hanging on a post), I have struggled to keep my weight in a healthy range ever since I gave birth to my first child.
“Had struggled” I should say. Thanks to learning the best of science and the Bible, I recovered from that scary disease. And along the way, the Lord showed me how to combine the latest, cutting-edge science with biblical principles for an easier and permanent way to keep my weight in a healthy range.
(A similar approach the Lord showed me to get the rest of my body healed.)
By the way, the last five years of scientific research have uncovered big, BIG keys to weight issues. One of my strengths is taking volumes of information and paring it down into practical steps that line up with biblical principles.
I’ll share those steps here as I write my books.
I’ll also use this space to do some deep dives into how to better generate the power of high praise and how to use it. This is a BIG key to almost effortless transformation—spirit, soul, and body.
The Holy Spirit is still unfolding truths about high praise to me, and I’m having so much fun exploring them & will share them here.
Some people think they know what high praise is, but if what they’re doing is not transforming them (over a matter of weeks and months, NOT years or decades), then they’re not getting all that God has made available to Christians! There is a faster, easier way, and it would be my honor to show you.
I’ve had so much healing and restoration in my life, and I’m passionate about sharing how I’ve done it while deepening my relationship with God.
You can do it, too, in a matter of months rather than the years I spent figuring it out. Thanks for reading this far, and I look forward to seeing you here!
